Audiovisual Information
The following audiovisual facilities will be available:
- Digital projector
- Laptop with MS Powerpoint
- Plugs are 2-pin style and the voltage is 220V. Please bring an adaptor if necessary.
- Please load up your presentation to the laptop 15 min before the start of your session.
Posters
Each person attending must, as far as possible, contribute to the conference. Everybody is expected to present at least a poster. From all submissions a few will be selected to be presented within an oral presentation, including 10 min of discussion.
Posters should be maximum size A0 in portrait format (841 mm wide, 1189 mm high). The poster boards provided will be 1 metre wide.
