Accommodation
Category A Single Occupancy € 208,- / per person
(shower/toilet, sea view) Double Occupancy € 168,- / per person
Category B Single Occupancy € 168,- / per person
(shower/toilet, yard view) Double Occupancy € 128,- / per person
Category C Single Occupancy € 108,- / per person
(shower/toilet on the floor) Double Occupancy € 88,- / per person
Rates are for four days per person. Students and PhD students pay only € 70,- per person and have automatically to take a room of category C.
You are asked to pay the amount for accommodation directly to the Abtei Frauenwörth during or after the conference. To assist you in claiming back the accommodation costs from your institution, you will receive an invoice from the monestry.
Board
The price for full board for the conference will be € 160,-, which also includes the conference dinner on Wednesday, 21 October 2009. Along with your registration you are asked to transfer this amount of money to the following conference account:

Registration
There is no registration fee for the conference. Attendees are asked only to pay for accommodation and meals (Full-Board rate). For registration please fill out and send the enclosed registration form, attach your abstract and transfer the amount of € 160,- to the account given above.
Participation will be limited to 100 people.
